- Free returns: we cover return postage, and a prepaid return label is included in your package.
- Condition: unused and unworn, tags still attached, in original condition and original packaging.
- No fees: we charge no restocking or handling fees.
- Refunds: processed within 10 days of your return being received and inspected, back to the original payment method.
- Exchanges: mention it in your return email; subject to availability.
- Cancellations: contact us within 2 hours of ordering, after which your order is already in processing.
